Delivery

Everything on our website can ship to any destination worldwide, EXCEPT for Interiors fabric, which we currently can only ship within the UK.

Dispatch time: all products except Interiors fabric

Our current dispatch time is indicated at the top of the Checkout page. If you add any physical product to your basket you can then “Proceed to Checkout” to see the dispatch time, and return to shopping afterwards.

You will receive an email notifying you of dispatch, once your package has been sent.

Dispatch time: Interiors fabric (UK only)

The dispatch time for Interiors fabric is approximately 4 weeks from order date.

The dispatch time for Interiors samples depends on whether we have the sample you need in stock. If we do, it should be dispatched as per the time indicated at the top of the Checkout page; if we don’t, this will take about 4 weeks.

UK delivery services

Please note we are unable to accept a hotel as a shipping address.

UK Flat Rate: this is Royal Mail’s first class (24 hour) post service.

UK Next Day: this is Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service. To guarantee delivery the next working day, you would need to place your order on our website before noon. For instance, order before noon on a Tuesday, delivery will be Wednesday; Order before noon on a Friday, delivery will be Monday. Subscriptions and Interiors fabrics cannot be delivered Next Day.

UK Click and Collect: if you would like to collect your website order from our working premises at GL20 7PP, please suggest some suitable times (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) in the notes of your order. If we can, we will confirm an appointment time once your order is packed and completed for you to safely collect your pre-packed order outside our premises. We will refund any shipping you have paid.

International delivery

We post all international orders using Royal Mail’s Priority overseas services, with or without tracking depending on the option chosen at checkout. Overseas customers may have to pay import duties or taxes charged when a package arrives in your country. You are responsible for paying such charges in order for your package to clear local customs. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.

We strongly recommend selecting the tracked service to these countries/regions, because we have experienced problems with lost or delayed deliveries here in the past. Adding tracking to your shipping option gives you some peace of mind, as you can trace your parcel’s journey.

The United Arab Emirates, countries in Africa, and Japan
We can only ship to the UAE, Africa and Japan using a tracked service, to a physical address. The delivery address must be complete, detailed and accurate, including villa/house number, street name and city. We no longer ship to PO Box numbers, however if this is the only address available, please email us to enquire whether it would be possible.

Returns & Cancellations

Tana Lawn and other products (excluding Interiors)

Please use a Returns form if you’re sending anything back. This form includes step by step instructions about how to return items.

We always try to deliver goods which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to initiate a return. Items must be returned to us in their original condition and original packaging within 28 days of purchase. 

If the goods are returned due to an error on our part or a fault within the product, then we will refund the price of the goods plus postage costs. If the goods are returned for another reason – e.g. you changed your mind or did not like the colour – then the postage costs will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  

Interiors fabrics

We order Interiors fabrics especially per customer, so these are non-returnable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
