Individual Flower Garden Quilt Box – December’s Blocks + extra Liberty Tana Lawn® fabric

This box includes gorgeous fabrics, papers and instructions to make a block/blocks from the Flower Garden Quilt. These are leftover kits from a previous Quilt BOM subscription. You can use these blocks to try out a bit of English Paper Piecing which is a lovely method of hand sewing, instructions are included. With this box you can make a beautiful cushion, quilt block, wall hanging or, simply appliqué it onto a plain bedspread or duvet to brighten it up with gorgeous Liberty fabrics.
Please note: You will receive the Liberty Tana Lawn® fabrics to make the exact block/blocks as pictured. There is no background fabric provided in this kit. This particular box will also include extra pieces of Liberty Tana Lawn® in Capel Dandelion (12″ x 9″), Mini Edenham Lilac (18″ x 9″), Wiltshire Blossom (27″ x 15.5″) and Plain White D (15.5″ x 13.5″), which is reflected in the price.
Other supplies you will need to complete your quilt block:
- A glue pen or stick to glue-baste to the paper pieces (alternatively you can thread baste the paper pieces to the fabric), such as the Sewline Glue Pen, here
- Medium/fine hand-sewing needle
- Thread
The EPP shapes used for each block have 2″ long edges.
The blocks are approximately 13.5″ in diameter.
