The Garden of Temptation New Liberty collection is here – two new Liberty collections in one week is all too much for my excitement levels. This one is the autumn / winter 2017 collection.
Some of the fabrics in the collection are dark yet close to the earth – I can imagine some lovely dresses in these interesting and highly detailed prints.
Some of the Designs:
Earthly Delights has strong colours of fruits and flowers.
Floral Earth links carefully the story behind flower to fruit with these being interwoven with beetles and insects.
Strawberry Fields – a pretty and intricate strawberry plant and fruit design which would look really pretty in patchwork and quilting.
Temptation Meadow B – I love the bright yellow of this fabric. It’s so vibrant and striking.
Orchard – from the blossom and fruit to the pretty appearance of a fluttering butterfly.
Bohemia – a pretty small size pattern which would be lovely for quilting and patchwork.
Ebru – This is a lovely marbled pattern perfect for dressmaking. I’ve made my favourite dress pattern in this fabric – I’ll blog it soon when I’ve had a chance to take the photos.
