When you place an order with us (on the website, by phone, or by email), you agree that all information you provide is correct, accurate and complete.
An order confirmation is sent automatically upon receipt of an order, to the email address you provide. You must check this order confirmation to ensure that your details and your order details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect. The order confirmation does not form a contract of sale. You can’t add items to your order once placed – if you need anything else, please place a new order.
Orders to Alice Caroline Ltd are subject to acceptance and product availability.
In the unlikely event that we do not have stock of a particular item in your order:
|and you are in the UK||and a small proportion of your total order is missing||we will send as much of your order as possible and refund you immediately for the missing item(s).|
|and you are in the UK||and a large proportion of your total order is missing||we will contact you to outline your options – whether it is to wait for re-stocking, swap for a different product, or refund part or all of any payment made.|
|and you are not in the UK||(no matter what is missing)||we will contact you as soon as is practical to outline your options – whether it is to wait for re-stocking, swap for a different product, or refund part or all of any payment made.|
This policy does not apply to items specified as “Pre-order” or “Back-order” at the time you place your order: such orders will wait for the Pre/Back-order product and then be shipped complete.
No contract of sale will exist between Alice Caroline Ltd and you until the time when we dispatch the products to you. We will confirm product dispatch via email.
UK: Your parcel will ship first class Royal Mail as standard, or Next Day Delivery if this is available.
INTERNATIONAL: Your parcel will ship either with Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Standard International service, depending on the option you choose at the checkout. Standard shipping does not provide a tracking number, so parcels sent this way cannot be tracked or traced.
Overseas customers may have to pay import duties or taxes charged when a package arrives in your country. You are responsible for paying such charges in order for your package to clear local customs. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.
LOST GOODS: Any non-delivery of goods must be reported to us within ten (10) weeks of placing your order. Unfortunately we are not responsible for loss of goods if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is supplied.
Returns & Cancellation: all products except Interiors
We try at all times to deliver goods which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned to us, in their original condition within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Our returns page tells you how to return items if you need to.
Returns & Cancellation: Interiors fabrics
Interiors fabrics are ordered especially per customer and therefore are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
In order to serve you most efficiently, reputable third-party banking services (including PayPal) handle our credit card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.
