Teddy and Baby Layette

How gorgeous are these?  I thought they were so lovely that I had to share them with you!

Making something special for your little ones or for that of a friend or family member is one of the greatest pleasures in life.  A beautiful teddy a child can treasure forever or a lovely set of smock and knickers are just the perfect present when a child is born.

These are made from one of the latest fabrics in the Liberty Tana Lawn collection which is inspired by ‘The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland’.

Teddy: Main Fabric – Theo A, bow tie and paws Alice W Pink and Garden Wonderland A

Baby Layette: Theo B

Pattern: These were made from vintage patterns.  Simplicity 5461 – Bear E is really similar.  You can buy vintage smocked patterns on ebay.
