If you would like to visit us to browse and buy from our product range, we would be glad to see you, but please make an appointment so that we can ensure you have the best experience. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3.30pm (to leave by 4.00pm).

Our main function is as a working fabric warehouse rather than a shop. This means that when you visit, team members will be continuing to process customers’ on-line orders, but will be glad to help you in any way they can. Whilst we at Alice Caroline all love fabrics, we aren’t all sewing experts so might not be able to provide you with sewing advice.

Due to space there are limitations on how many visitors we can accommodate at once. Larger size groups might be possible at certain times, by arrangement. 

When you arrive, please enter via the right-hand door of the taller barn (the one with two storeys). We are following current government advice in respect of COVID-19 precautions, and there are masks in the lobby for your comfort if that is your preference. However, if you can use the hand gel provided before you enter, that would be much appreciated. 

We only have stock that is currently listed on our website, and we only sell our fabrics in the same increments as shown on our website. 

Payment is by card only, as no cash is kept on the premises. 

If you have a valid Gift Voucher you can use this for all or part of your purchase – just ask for the Gift Voucher code to be applied to your order when it is put through the system.

We have one visitor car parking space in the main car park which is on the same level as the warehouse, and access is up one step into the building. Further visitor car parking can be found in the lower car park, which requires a short walk along a gravel path and up five steps. When you make an appointment, we can send you a detailed map.
